Shopping trolley ad notice stamp

Description

At one time in Australia, this notice was included in advertisements placed on shopping trolleys, but has unfortunately disappeared while there is a collection hotline in its place on trolleys from certain retailers.
I remember hearing a news story about abandoned shopping trolleys in Brisbane, Queensland where retrieving abandoned shopping trolleys from the City Council costs more than buying new trolleys, and ultimately, the cost will be passed on to consumers through higher grocery prices for the store (when I was 9, I remember seeing an in-store campaign where lost shopping trolleys increase food prices); Coles has been proactive by having a "force field" at its stores where the wheels of the trolley lock when taken into the street.

Well in America at my big favorite grocery store called Aldis, they have quarters inserts so it doesn't have this major problem. 25 cents it costs to use them unless I'm lucky to find an abandoned one in the store's parking lot. They need this kind of stuff in places like Walmart because people are abusive with placing carts but it wouldn't be right for the homeless when they don't have money (unless they can find quarters to do so).

So you think your country needs to do something like this with their carts?
