I've finally found a smartwatch phone...
...that supports LTE B28 (used in my country and I do not compromise on mobile band compatibility even in smartwatch phones) which is a global roaming band for all three ITU regions: https://www.apple.com/au/watch/cellular/ But it only has an embedded SIM card (no slot) which is a problem for providers who use a particular mobile network.
