Pajama Sam about to eat a Octuple Bypass meal

Pajama Sam considers himself to be a fast food expert, so he decided to have someone film him doing another challenge: eating a Octuple Bypass Burger with Flatliner Fries and a lime Frozen Dreamsicle with a Mexican Coke (500mL) - before he started he said in front of cameras "Oh man! I can't believe I am going to do this! - this looks like a job for... Pajama Sam!".
During the first few minutes he said that the burger was good, then started eating the Flatliner Fries which he thought were irrestible.
More than halfway through the challenge, cameras captured something that suddenly happened (which Pajama Sam likes this happing to himself): his navel has just popped out from the food inside his bulging belly pressing against it!
Pajama Sam then said "Hey, my navel has just popped out like a turkey thermometer, which I like this happening to me! But I am a little more than halfway there."
After he finished the burger and fries, he felt that he could fail his challenge because he had not started his Frozen Dreamsicle and had only half-finished his Mexican Coke; so Pajama Sam gave himself a good belly rub with his greasy hands (with a good burp and satisfying gurgling and rumbling sounds), and just managed to finish everything on the table.
At the end, his stomach was groaning loudly with his navel pushed out quite hard (his exposed belly has hard as a rock!), so he gave himself another belly rub for 10 minutes (again, with his greasy hands) and this helped him to keep everything down.
When he was transported to a van, he was transported to a soundproofed room where someone placed a microphone on his belly so that his stomach sounds were heard all across the room, and he also had an ultrasound, all of which was filmed.
Several toilet sittings later, Pajama Sam weighed himself and found that he gained about eight pounds after his digestive system was empty.
