HTF: Handy PVD health warning

This could be a possible reason why Handy is missing his hands... note that he lost some of his fingers (along with reddening of the skin with blisters), and the whole hand along with part of the arm (on both sides) had to be amputated to prevent the spread of gangrene.
At one time, PVD was one of the conditions often ignored in discussions about smoking and health.
