Some knockoff Winnie the Pooh toys have this logo, and when I was looking for "Hongda" in Chinese characters, I found a spurious trademark listing of “Lifan-Hongda”, registration number 1397396 of the People’s Republic of China was also found – perhaps Lifan relied on the courts to determine that “Bentian” (Honda in Chinese pronunciation) and “Hongda” are different (not taking into account the English spellings)?

Back to the Dong Xin listing, registration 3100739, and the owner translates to "Plastic toys factory chenghai city Fengxiang Ze".
