Don't deliver (To) The Householder stmap

Today, I got a letter addressed "(To) The Householder", of which I do not like at all.
Received such mail? Return To Sender! (plays related Elvis song)

If you get items in the mail from governments without any address, or those addressed "(To) the Householder", make a statement by marking them "Return to Sender" and handing them in at your local post office.
When marking "Return to Sender", add "Insufficient Address" to unaddressed mail from governments, and for those addressed to the householder, add "Not Addressed to a Person's Name".
Governments have to address all mail to an address and a person's name.

I plan to start an environmental petition against Australia Post asking them to stop delivering unaddressed Government mail and mail addressed "(To) The Householder", because it often ends up in landfill.
Australia Post was one of the 10 Worst Entities of 2009.
