The animation company and its parent are commited to the proper delivery of its PSAs, which therefore means wasted donated advertising space is kept to an absolute minimum and distortion of public perceptions on issues not relavent to their communities is eliminated, unlike Ad Council PSAs.
In this case, this PSA is approved for worldwide distribution, considering the fact that it is 100% animation.
